Our biggest adventure just yet! A weeks-long trip to the Canary Islands. Milebuilding trips / charter options / instructions, all you can think of will be possible!
Starting on November 20th on Aegina, we will sail with our yacht Pepe (Oceanis 46.1) all to way to Lanzarote. During this first part of the trip, we will offer cabins to be booked for a milebuilding experience! Once in Lanzarote, it will be possible to book a shorter millebuilder trip, a group course, or charter the yacht! At the beginning of February a big trip to Aegina will start with a similar offer as the first milebuilder!
This long journey will depart on November 20. We expect all crew to be on Aegina from the 18th (sleep on board will be possible) to help prepare everything.
This trip is long and intense and different than our traditional milebuilders! The crews will be expected to help with the shopping, the passage preparation, the division of the watch system, etc. You will be asked to bring your own sleeping bag as you might switch cabins per sleeping shifts!
The trip will end on December 18th in Lanzarote (it is possible to stay on board until December 20th in the morning).
To join this trip, you can book your spot for €900 per week (4 weeks in total).
This includes all groceries, towels, all port fees and fuel, instructor and co-skipper on board.
Any dinners or consumption on shore are not included.
Once the yacht is settled after a couple of weeks of chartering, it will be time for a ‘classic’ one week milebuilding trip! On the below dates, you will be able to book a cabin for a one way trip to build experience and miles:
Tenerife – Tenerife, January 4 17:00 – January 11 January 9:00
Tenerife – Tenerife, January 11 17:00 – January 18 January 9:00
Tenerife – Tenerife, January 18th 17:00 – January 25th, 9:00
To join those trips, you can book your own cabin for €1100 per person.
This includes all groceries (breakfast and lunches), bed linens and towels, all port fees and fuel, skipper on board. Any dinners or consumption on shore are not included.
During one of those weeks, it may be possible for you to follow a RYA course (Competent Crew or Day Skipper), if you wish to do so, please ask us more info via email and we can discuss further options!
The other way around: Lanzarote to Aegina!
On January 25th the similar trip to our first way will start. You can expect a similar experience to what is described for the first milebuilder of this adventure!
This trip will end at the end of February in Aegina.
